Walmart Gift Cards Unavailable 9/17/21

💳  Looks like Walmart gift cards are temporarily unavailable.  Don’t recall ever seeing this.  Anyone else?  Just curious on when you might think they’d become available again…

I have seen this before, but it was a couple years ago.

I suspect they are working on a new batch.  The new cards might have a different earnings rate.  I remember when Walmart was 5%, but you only earn .5% (half a percent) recently.

Walmart makes a fortune on gift cards, so I don't think they will disappear.

@mmoore01  do you recall how long the gap was (roughly)?  Days, weeks, or months?  Just curious because they are usually part of my bonus chasing strategy, so I may need to plan differently.

Sorry, I don't remember.  But it seemed like it was only a day or so.

I was buying Walmart gift cards, but now buy others that have a smaller minimum.  Walmart's minimum was $10.
