Hi all, I'm new to the community but have been using Ibotta for a long time. I'm upset with the Walmart+ Rewards (digital offers). Placed an online grocery order for delivery and it included a product (Tide Pods) with a $4 reward. The delivery was for the following day and when the order was pulled, the product was out of stock. I then ordered from another nearby Walmart and it was delivered. The $4 reward was not applied in the second order. I read Walmart's FAQ and it includes one of the reasons for not receiving the reward is "The item was out of stock, so the purchase of the could not be completed". The product's page shows the reward was applied (apparently to the first purchase attempt). It seems going to the store to shop is the best way to avoid this situation. Any thoughts on this?
Contact WM shopper support, explain what happen.
I did right before I made the post about it, and fortunately they gave me a $5 promo code on a future purchase.
