Welcome to the Ibotta community forum. In short, you can’t upload a receipt for Amazon. Ibotta only offers cash back on a very limited list of items from Amazon.
You must select Amazon from within the app and/or browser extension and shop from there; that way Ibotta is able to see the corresponding purchase details.
