I can not withdraw my earning to Amazon gift card, receiving “ we are having trouble connecting there was a problem getting your information, please try again later. “ did anyone has this issue today? Thx!

Yes,  I had a similar issue. Was able to resolve when I cleared cache. Try clearing Ibotta app cache then try making your withdrawal...

Have same issue on the app on my iPhone.  Shows I earned over $20 credit but I don’t see where to ‘cash in’ for gift card???

To redeem your earnings for gift cards follow these steps.

• go to home screen 
• Click on gift cards
• When the next screen opens select retailer you want to purchase gift card/s from
• WARNING make sure to select correct retailer gift cards are non refundable as stated in disclaimer. 

•  make sure your email address is correct some gift cards are emailed once purchased 
• To review gift cards click on the account tab
• then select the gift cards tab
• WARNING once you press enter that gift card is yours. 
• WARNING the gift card screen reacts slow methodically make selections and press purchase button once. You might get an error message.  STOP exit out.  review gift card as described. 
• If you are not able to make purchase clear cache and try again. 
• WARNING GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
