Question: Is it possible to earn ibotta rebates via uploading paper receipts to ibotta.com? If so, please share how to proceed. I cannot find ANY "redeem" language on ibotta.com - whether in an actual offer or on the bottom of the ibotta.com home webpage. If I must "download the app" to a phone to receive credit, I will promptly delete my account.

Unfortunately all redemptions are made through the app. 

Unless you make online purchases through the browser from your laptop from linked retailers like Walmart grocery pickup you will receive rebates for qualifying products.
