I've had an account for over 3 years but never used it so I just recently started using it and I have $30 earnings and $20 lifetime. But I can't withdraw with gift card or bank account. It's it a certain time limit before I can exactly withdraw my money?

The standard time frame is 48 hours from time of fulfillment of credit that put your balance over threshold to redeem.
