Won’t give me credit

• I wasn’t aware that I had to add the items on my list before I shopped today in food lion. When I got home I added the items but it won’t let me take a pic of my receipt bc I have my loyalty card linked

You have to contact support then they will ask for a picture of the receipt then they will credit you
