If you're here looking for help with something related to the Ibotta app, browser extension, or something else, there's a good chance you'll find the answer you're looking for here in this forum.
It can be tricky sorting through old threads to find what you're looking for, so the best first step to take is using the search bar at the top of each page labeled Search the community. Try to use keywords that other savers are likely to have used previously, such as bonuses, missed credit, etc.
It's possible the question you have hasn't been answered yet, and if so, this is when it makes the most sense to start a new topic. If it is something you need help with, be sure to post it in General Support for proper visibility.
The Help Center has numerous articles on different subjects explaining how Ibotta works, and information to help when it doesn't. You can also chat with Carlotta, the Ibotta Care bot, to get answers and additional help.
If you're unable to find or get an answer to your question, you can always submit a ticket to the Ibotta Care team. You can do this by visiting here, or you can find it in-app under the Account tab where it says Help.
