My account has been deactivated. The company has said I've used a counterfeit receipt and that is simply untrue. I've been a member for over 6 yrs. and have never had this problem before. Can someone please tell me how to go about resolving it? Thank you
I would send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include a copy of the receipt in question and try to get an explanation of why you were deactivated. It could take several days to get a response.
