Angel Soft Rejected. What Am I Missing?

I bought groceries Saturday at HEB which included an 8 pack of Angel Soft TP. Submitted the receipt to get several Ibotta offers including $1.00 Angel Soft Mega Rolls. All were shown as accepted but the AS offer was missing when redeemed. Scanned the UPC again to verify the offer still accepted it. Submitted the receipt again and it showed the offer. Rejected again. Replied to the notification with an explanation of the problem and got the following reply.

“We looked at your receipt and couldn't verify your recent purchase. This may be because the products you purchased on this receipt do not match our offer criteria, or because coupons or promotions were applied prior to redemption. Please review the offer details, including variety and size, to make sure your product qualifies.”

This was just one of the frustrating issues I had this weekend. I was going to use a $1.50 Angel Soft coupon with an expiration date of 11/22/2022 but it scanned as expired. I had the same thing happen last week at Walgreens. Walmart’s inventory system is junk. I was trying to get some FAOs so I planned ahead where to go but, sure enough, Walmart’s app was wrong about what was in stock at different stores. Missed on completing bonuses this weekend. And Ibotta’s emails and screen notifications were very slow. I had several receipts this weekend and it took an hour or two to get the messages, so I had to keep checking the app for updates. Also had to contact Walmart support because the receipt barcode and TC# from my first purchase of the day was not found by Ibotta or the Walmart app, and the online Walmart receipt finder also didn’t find it. I was starting to think I had imagined the whole thing.  Curse you time change!

I opened a case and fifteen minutes later got credit. I included a detailed explanation and seven screenshots of the receipt, offer, and UPC scan. But I’m not sure if the response was to this new ticket or the one from yesterday, which I received the email that said no offers were found. Both are still open. I updated both cases.

I had the same issues before twice at HEB. The first time the offer was still in my account, and after several try, the receipts finally went through. The second time the offer did not return to my account, so I have to open a ticket.

I also noticed the email is very slow, not after one hour for me, but more than 4.5 hours. The activity bell shows a red dot but there is nothing new in the activity.
