It seems to be working a little bit better. It's still sticky with the Ibotta not responding message but then it works.
Funny how it's still only in the left side offers.
Today I was shopping at Whole Foods Market and it froze up 5 times. It wasn't just adding items it was also trying to scan for a match.
After the 5th time I gave up and just purchased what I had. Ugh!
Hello all, Wanted to share an update here. After we saw some additional issues with logging into the app on Android, we were able to do more investigation and build a fix. A new version of the app for Android will be available in Google Play today or tomorrow. If you download this new version, all issues with freezing and logging in should be fixed. If you continue to have issues with the app even once you've installed version 6.126.1 please let me know!
I installed the update and I'm happy to say that the app is running smoothly. In fact it's running better than ever.
I'm so glad I asked the freezing question.
I am having this problem today still. It freezes and then I end up having to close the app and start all over again. I've done it about five times and still cannot submit my receipts.
The issue is still happening. I never used to have this problem before one of the previous updates. I hate it because I've just told a couple of friends to get the app.
@lbrink27 what type of device are you on and do you know what operating system? I'll flag with the team and do some investigating.
