Brita Longlast Filter

I purchased a Brita Longlast pitcher filter at Walmart yesterday, along with several other offer items. All items were on my Ibotta shopping list.  I used Walmartpay at self checkout in store. 

When my receipt was processed I checked the earnings. All the other items received credit, but the filter did not. I’m kinda grumpy about this, because I would have purchased a different brand if not for the $4.00 offer.

Occasionally rebates are missed when using a linked Walmart pay account.  Ensure the product purchased matches the description.

To resolve if you have not already tried.  Try to manually enter the TC number from your receipt into ibotta. You might have to do this about 6 times eventually it might pick up the missed product or give you an opportunity to manually select. 

You can open a trouble ticket with the Care Team. They may request a copy of the receipt, photos of bar code and product.

Return the item to Walmart for a full refund.
