Can't withdraw tried everything

• I've reinstalled, logged out, cleared my cache, reconnected my paypal, tried gift cards (also broken), nothing works, I submitted a ticket but heard nothing

If this is your first withdrawal, some accounts can be locked, especially if you earned the amount and then quickly tried to withdraw it.

If you have withdrawn your money previously, there is a post that says you may have to relink your PayPal account every three months or so.

You did the right thing by opening a request.  Be patient.  Ibotta Care usually responds within two or three days.
