Didn’t receive cash back from Food Lion

I purchased the Mt Dew zero 12 pack in-store purchase  to receive $1.50 cb. It has been 3 days and the deal expires in 1 day.  My account is linked.

Same. I just realized that NONE of my purchases have been getting credit from Food Lion all year! And when submitting a ticket, Food Lion does not show up in the long list of stores to chose from. I can’t find any info anywhere on it either. My card has been linked for years and I doubled checked to make sure the number was the same as here on Ibotta. Exact match. Hopefully someone replies with some information. So many rebates lost. 😞

I'm also having a lot of trouble getting rebates at Food Lion. I was denied credits recently after sending multiple photos of my receipt and the front and barcode of every product purchased ( 22 ).  The reason being my MVP card wasn't linked !? .. it's been properly linked for years no changes.  I even received cash back for a separate purchased singular item the next day.? You can see your purchase history at Food Lion's website and all transactions are visible. Unfortunate, discouraging.

I have not received mine either. It does not even show up in my activity report. My last shown activity was mid August. I go at least twice a week. Sent in a report and I got back how was our service on your ticket but they never fixed or responded to me regarding the ticket.
