I have tried for 3+ days now to have an email verification sent. App keeps telling me it was sent, but nothing is in my email or spam folder. cannot submit a ticket because my email isnt verified. its really quite frustrating. Can ayone help with this?
I’m having the same issue currently, it’s been two days and I haven’t received any of the emails for verification. I’ve white listed it as instructed, sent support tickets, and even checked with my friends whom I’d done referrals for, and it seems to be just me having this issue. The support team last sent me an email update 18 hours ago, and I was hoping to withdraw my $40 ASAP but can’t until they fix it. So frustrating.
