What's the ticket number?

10893082 is the ticket number. I work as a customer service manager and this is ridiculous.  They asked for pictures of the products on the receipt.  I'm pretty sure people go to the grocery store to eat the food that they purchase. And I can't provide that because the Turkey was for Thanksgiving.

I hope you get your situation resolved, but it is always a good idea to scan your receipt right away if linked, and wait until credited before you toss anything with UPC on it.   If linked, similarly do not toss anything until credited.   In an unlikely event I must use something before receiving credit., I take pic of front & back of product and also the UPC.

I have been down this road before, and it happened to me once before I adopted these practices.  Now I no longer have those issues.
