I have already confirmed my account , however the app is still asking to confirm it. Whenever I try to confirm it again it wont

As the picture of your screen says, you need to contact Ibotta Care.

The easiest way to submit a request is in the app.  Go to the Account screen, then select Help.  Submit a request is at the top.

If you can't get into the app, send an email to support@ibotta.com.
