I can no longer submit to Target

I can browse the Target deals but I can no longer submit a paper receipt and I have a TON of offers I am trying to submit. Ibotta I need you to fix this! I am loosing out of money offers.

First be sure your target card is not linked. If that’s all set, click “redeem” in the task bar from the main Ibotta screen. Look for Target in store. It will give you the option to “upload receipt instead”.

To give you some visuals for what @Joymjoy had explained, below are screenshots from my app. I have my Target account linked to ibotta, so I can’t submit paper receipts. My Walmart account is not linked to ibotta, so I have an option to submit paper receipts.
