I received an email saying that I would need to reconnect my account to the Walmart app due to an update or something. I did that, but I am uncertain how to resubmit my receipt due to the only one being an email. I see that I am not the only one having this issue. I don't know what to do now. Can you help me?
If your Ibotta account is linked to Walmart, you don't need to submit a receipt. Walmart will send your purchase information to Ibotta.
However, if you still did not get credit for your Walmart purchase, you should open a Request. Go to Account in the app, then Help. At the top is Submit a Request.
I would attach your final email from Walmart along with pictures of the items you purchased and the corresponding UPCs.
Please note that it can take 2-3 days for a response from Ibotta Care.
