I can not link my phone number to my account for a withdrawal. I can not get a verification code sent to me. I do not know where to navigate to in order to contact customer care team. Having so my issues.
In the Ibotta app, you can send in a request by going to Account, then Help.
If you can't log in to the app, you can send an email to support@ibotta.com.
It could take a day or two to get a response from Ibotta Care.
