Missing cash back and bonuses from Walmart

I have made several large purchases with Walmart. Prior to shopping I add everything available to my list.  Even if I know I probably will not purchase.  With my account r being linked as well as my card attached I should automatically get my cash back and bonuses should be credited if I am correct.  I have literally missed out on several cash back rewards and bonuses.  On one receipt alone I should have easily earned $22.50.  Idk what is happening or how to fix it but is ia certainly annoying.  Will someone please help. I have earned more money from fetch in the last 2 months than I have received from Ibotta in the year.

You will need to open a help ticket with the Help Center so they can investigate your missing earnings. If you want to unlink your Walmart account from Ibotta and instead scan your receipts, follow these steps. This is best if you mainly shop in-store.

1. Tap Account on the navigation bar.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Linked accounts.
4. Tap Unlink to the right of the account that you would like to remove
5. Go back to Home and pull down (using your thumb) to refresh the app.

Wow I’m glad I read this. I’m just about at my wits end also. I have had three missing tickets but felt confident it wouldn’t happen with my Walmart order because they have been so efficient compensating me. No my Walmart hasn’t been credited! Never heard of fetch but glad to know now! And yes submitting a ticket worked but what a haste it was. And I don’t have a paper reciept as my Walmart was online order.😩
