Whenever I attempt to open the community forum using my android phone, I keep getting the following error message. (Request Entity Too Large). Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how I can resolve / correct this issue? Thanks in advance.

This tends to be resolved by clearing your cookies.  That will vary depending on what browser you are using.  At least with Chrome, you can selectively just delete cookies for a particular site.   I have done this on my desktop for Chrome to delete only ibotta cookies when I had the same error.

The simplest thing to do is clearing all your browsing history, but you can also delete just the 'cookies and site date' itself if you like.

TO  CLEAR COOKIES FROM THE COMMUNTY FORUM ONLY  IN CHROME ON ANDROID

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
  2. Go to the community page
  3. To the right of the address bar, tap More Info   (the hamburger menu which is the three rows of dots on top of each other  AND THEN  the 'i' with a circle around it....select COOKIES)
  4. Next to the number of cookies in use, tap Delete .

IF it won't even load the webpage at all, then you may have to delete all cookies for your android

I would dump all your web activity. Time to time a reinstall is required.
