New receipts are working fine now, at least for me.
I had a couple of receipts that were dated around the 9/29/21 - 9/30/21 time frame that kept getting the message on 10/01/21. I almost felt like they thought 9/29/21 was a month ago, not a couple of days ago. Hopefully, they don't have a date issue.
I opened requests for them and Ibotta Care has credited my account. I figured I wouldn't get bonus credit, so I made sure I had enough to get the September Leaves Bonus.
This happened to me this week. One purchased dec 2, for the bandaid offer from Walmart. And then an order from Dec 4. The revelon eye cosmetic. I received 1 but bought it on separate receipts 3x and did not get the credit.
If you submit a ticket our Care team will issue a credit for these missed offers.
