@LaraL  I’m try to cash out. It says I have to confirm my email. I’ve tried multiple times, and I’m not getting an email. 

I’ve checked my spam too. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lara is no longer with ibotta, and they no longer have a dedicated liaison assisged to this forum that acts as a go-between between their care team and the users.

You will need to open up a ticket with the care team.

Create a Help Desk ticket with the ibotta Care Team by visiting help.ibotta.com or by emailing accountsupport@ibotta.com

It may take 3 or 4 business days for them to get back to you.
