Offer won’t load?

*Side note* I did attempt to submit a request with the Help Forum, but it wouldn’t allow me to load my photos, and when I went to submit it, the page kept crashing. 
*Issue* I selected the Rubbermaid offers and went to Walmart and bought one, the offer says Any Container Any Size, but upon submitting my receipt it says No Matched Offers, or Rebates etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Hi @Michaela !  Which of the offers were you trying to claim?  One of them is specific to the “Compact” line and the other is specific to the “Simply Pour” line.  Sounds like there are various sizes within those product lines that would have satisfied those offers.  Was your product either “Compact” or “Simply Pour”?

Mine was Simply Pour, I wanted both offers because I didn’t know which the store had in stock, and desperately needed a container for iced coffee. But all they had was the Simply Pour, so that’s what I got!

like @cjwoody mentioned which product line did you purchase? To ensure your product matches the rebate description scan products prior to purchase and adhere to the fine details. aka the gotcha statement

@Michaela  If you still have the packaging with barcode, go into the Ibotta offer and select the “check product barcode” option.  It should access your phone’s camera, and then you can scan the barcode.

If it is a successful match, then I suggest trying to upload your receipt again.  If it does not recognize the item, then you should get a chance to select the item and scan your barcode.

I went thru this very thing last month.  I had PQ and there were IR offers..  I was trying to purchase the one you bought.    The product you purchased is neither of the two with rebates.

It is UPC# 071691306313  (Classic 1 Gallon)

I was trying to buy that one and it wouldn't attach, and then after googling the complete UPC from the item, I realized it was neither of the two with IRs.   Thankfully I noticed before I purchased.   This is why you should ALWAYS scan at the store in store mode.  I know the offer said any variety, but it means any size of the COMPACT  <or> SIMPLY POUR pitchers.

Look at the lids for those two.  They are completely different than yours.  I am afraid this is one you have to eat. 

Unless your packaging includes the UPC for one of the two with ibotta offers, and that is unlikely based on the 'upc' on your receipt.
