Today my phone crashed one scanning the Quaker oats 42 oz container and when I scan the bear naked fruit and nut granola package for my submission and to add to my receipt. I lost out on getting the points and the money from the Quaker oats because I couldn't get it to scan. Is anyone else having this issue where your phone totally crashes and shuts down?
You don't have to scan the barcode. You can type it in
When the screen comes up to scan the barcode, select the question mark in the circle in the top right corner. You will then get a screen to type in the UPC.
