When I try to collect my earning I get a message that my phone number belongs to another account.

I don't think so. I do have to emails I use. May have had an ibotta account last year with the other one. When I try to get my earnings it shows my email is checked off. And so.is my user  name. Only asking for my phone number. Otherwise I'd check the earlier email. I'm so confused

Send me a message with your two different emails and the phone number that you want on the account. Also let me know which one is the main account.

Ibotta is not a scam.  I have earned over $9000 and have used it for over five years.

If you try to take your earnings too quickly, your account can be locked.  This is a security precaution.

Once you reach $20, you should wait 48 hours before trying to withdraw.

Your best option is to open a request.  Go to Account in the app, then Help.  At the top is a link to Submit a Request.

Please note that it can take 2 to 3 days for a response due to the number of requests they get.

My old email address is shearling at [removed] and it's still hooked to my phone number [removed] so I cannot verify my account to withdraw the money I've earned. Please help.
