Pillsbury crescent rolls barcodes won't match

Today I bought 4 cans of various Pillsbury Crescent Roll products: Butter Flake, Sweet Hawaiian,  and 2 Original dough sheet cans. The offer said select varieties, including the cornbread and original. While getting my cans I spoke to a lady about Ibotta,  etc. and I forgot to check the barcodes.  Now none will match! I had a problem sending a check this barcode  as there are 3 different kinds. This is a $2 error! I kinda thought these were so normal that,  of course,  Ibotta would take them.  Should I open a ticket to have the barcodes reviewed? 'Cuz the bot just immediately said no! There wasn't any review. 

@Rickibotta , The cornbread in the can is acceptable! The woman I talked to was buying said CBinacan and got me all discombobulated... I thought you might want to get an even easier way to get cornbread...😁 🥮

Is this the one you’re referring to? Whenever it says: select varieties/sizes, offer includes the following varieties, I take that as this is what’s accepted. You can try to have them review, worse they can do is say no.

So those 2 are the only acceptable ones? I did 2 originals(they just didn't have the perforations). Bummer...

I do think I will create a ticket.

That’s how I took it and those were the only ones that matched when I was in store. I could be wrong.

Don’t forget you can 1000 points from Fetch for 3 of those purchase.

I sent in a ticket and Ibotta Care Team looked at my pictures and gave me credit for the 4 cans. They were able to update my Kroger receipt to add the offer including updating my bonus count. I am very impressed with the Care Team and the way Ibotta has worked to try to make the app work better.
