Yes, Ibotta employees may see your post, especially if you include their user names, but generally, they don't follow everything. And the ones that you include in your post don't have the authority to make any changes. Only Ibotta Care can do that.
This Community was setup by Ibotta for users to interact and share information. It is not a replacement for Ibotta's customer support. You can find this information in the Community Guidelines and Community Terms of Service. Ibotta employees may review posts on this site by they are not necessarily part of customer support. In fact, if you look back at responses by LaraL, the previous site administrator, you can see that she would forward issues to the Care team. Your previous experience of having issues resolved after posting about them on this site is likely coincidental. That is not the normal experience for the majority of users on here.
Also, I would ask that you and others review the Terms of Service about what is not acceptable behavior. @Rickibotta has previously offered you assistance in your earlier posts where you posted about the same coincidental experience that you posted here. @Rickibotta and many other experienced users offering help and advice is exactly what this Community is about. There will be disagreements but there can be discussion without it being negative or derogatory.

Maybe @ShelbyS or @BrookeA might be able to answer your questions, but they can't fix issues with your account. It can take a few days to unlock your account.
I would recommend you give Ibotta Care 3-5 days to unlock your account. I would find your original request and let them know that your account is still locked.
To see your request, select the icon at the top of the Home page of the app. Then select Profile, then Help. Select Visit the Help Center. At the top right of the screen, select the grey circle, then My Support Tickets.

Since before Christmas, I have been unable to withdraw earnings to purchase gift cards. Howeve, I can transfer my earnings to my bank account.
Laura, hello I have been trying since Saturday to withdraw my earnings to PayPal ( my bank isnt listed). I keep getting messages saying temporarily blocked. I have submitted two tickets the first told me something about referrals- my last referrals were in dec. the second ticket- i haven't even received a response. I have been an ibotta member for many years so I do not understand what is wrong. I needed these funds to use this week. for a bday. If i cannot get the PayPal and since i cannot link my credit union, i want to get gas but you cannot use gift cards on gas. Therefore it is useless. Please let me know if there is a number to call today to unlock my temporary block. These items were purchased on saturday.
well never mind. For some reason they deactivated my account when I did nothing wrong.
There are a number of reasons why Ibotta can block you account or deactivate it. If you feel you did nothing wrong, then you should fight it.

Be aware that the article above says "or more than two accounts on a single device." This seems to allow up to two accounts on a device, but they will deactivate your account if your device has TWO or more accounts on the same device.
