My wife is trying to sign up for her own account, but she gets a message saying her email account is already in use. Thinking it may be an old account she forgot about, we tried resetting the password. We never get the reset code in the email. Created a ticket with customer service. The said they manually sent a reset code to the email, which never arrived. This was done three times with no email received. I get the emails from customer service but never get the reset code, so I’m assuming there is an issue sending those out. This has been going on for 10 days with no resolution. Please help!!
Your account is currently locked but I'm not able to lift it. When did you submit the ticket? Generally this team in particular takes 3-4 business days to review accounts.
I can't withdrawal to paypal but my account isn't locked.. Its very irritating because I tried everything in troubleshooting! I already sent a ticket..
