hello, I’ve sent in a ticket a few days ago but I am yet to have a response. I have sent in other receipts in that time and the money has been added to my account but yet still can’t withdraw. I am I need for this money as I am in a tough situation. Does anybody know any tips that can maybe make this process quicker?
Why on earth would I be locked? After all these years and all these withdrawals. I submitted a ticket, it's been almost 24 hours and no reply.
Well your account is locked so I would expect that to not go through, As for the reason behind the lockout, I'm honestly not sure as I don't work on that team. Your best bet is to ask via your ticket.
