I tried to verify my email address to withdraw my earnings, but I haven’t received an email.

This is ridiculous, I still can’t link my bank account. Keep getting error message... what is going on, so frustrating.

Been trying to withdraw my earnings won’t let me withdraw to my bank account which is Woodforest then I tried to withdraw to a gift card and it says we are having trouble processing something and I’m really aggravated Caz I did 2  ticket things for help.. no help no email and no phone to call and talk to someone

Please note that the Withdraw PayPal option is currently being worked on.  

However, you will need to open a request to get everything back to normal.  If you can still open the app, you can go to Account, then Help to submit a request.  Or, you can use the email address @Saipan provided.

Once you reach the $20 minimum for withdrawal, please wait at least 48 hours before trying to withdraw.  This is for security reasons.

It sounds like your account has been locked.  Open a request with Ibotta by going to Account in the app, then Help.  At the top of the screen, click Submit a Request.

Please note that it can take 2-3 days to get a response from Ibotta Care.
