I can not withdraw.   I have contacted for Help a bunch of time.   No response.  So frustrating.  I have 140.00 in there and I want it

I just got a reply to join their affiliate program and never got help to unlock my account. I signed up for it though to make them happy but still currently locked. They already accepted me into the program but didnt help unlock my account.

So i got locked for having too many referrals but they want me to join the program to gain more.

@LaraL @I received a message from support telling me I was all set now and that I just needed to reset my password, which I did, but I’m still getting the same issue another 48 hours later.  Currently pending another response from support, but if you get a chance could you check if im still locked?

@Carolina20 yeah that's really confusing, I just passed along feedback on this (referral program + lockout). Looks like someone was performing a manual review on your account on the 28th, from my understanding they're waiting on additional information before unlocking your account, but that's all I know.

@Hazel214 you attempted to cash out too soon after your first transaction (within 48 hours). Your account can be easily unlocked via a ticket to the Care team.

@Theonlyalletcat seems your ticket is in queue, I don't see any notes at the moment.

That's what happens to me when I try to withdrawal gift cards or transfer money to my bank account says the same thing, this is really making mad

Can't transfer money to my account , and can't get any gift cards ugh this sucks . Please fix
