I have no issue with waiting, I’m aware that they probably have a lot of things to deal with, but since it’s not an isolated incident, I think it would just be nice to have them update us who can’t withdraw on what’s happening and what to expect.
I only withdraw $20 at a time and always leave a balance in my account. I've withdrawn many times and have never had a problem. I see many people have issues when they either try to withdraw a large amount at once or try to withdraw the entire balance. Food for thought.
I remember seeing something about being locked out of your account if you tried to withdraw a large amount but I was only trying to withdraw 20 of 25 in my account because that’s all I needed. I don’t think I’m locked out of my account, it always just says it’s something on their end.
I was able to withdraw $29 my first time and then tried to withdraw $24 last night and kept getting the same error message. I tried so many times and then before bed I decided to try one more time and it went through. I literally didn't do anything different than the time before where it gave me the same error message. It's kinda frustrating not knowing how to correct the issue really. As far as being locked out, based on several blogs, I thought if you are locked out it gives you a message stating so not that your request couldn't be processed. Has that changed?
I’m having the same issue now mid March anyone still currently having this problem? I’ve deleted re downloaded wifi on off ect. And I have over $200 I’m trying to withdraw and was really kinda counting on that money 🤦🏻♀️
I am also having an issue also. My husband and I both have I both have accounts. I haven't had a problem withdrawing mine until now when he tried to do the first withdrawal off of his. I put a ticket into Ibotta and they stated it was because we were using the same PayPal account linked to both accounts. I did not realize that this would cause a problem. We both have separate PayPal accounts but we usually only use one. I responded to their email that I could change one of the PayPal accounts to our other account or just get gift cards. I have not heard back from them. they told me in the original email that they would need to close one of the accounts and that we would lose the money in the accounts. I have $187 and my husband has $96. I am really hoping that we are able to settle this so that we do not lose any of the money.
One of you could buy gift cards with your balance. That goes through instantly and there are a lot of stores to choose from. Then cash the other account out into PayPal.
