@Yvonne4343 sometimes these do require a manual review, and with that, we have to wait until your ticket moves through the queue. From what I can tell they'll likely unlock your account without issue, so hopefully it happens in the next day or so.

That account is currently locked out for cashing out too soon after the first transaction. You want to wait for at least 48 hours after the initial transaction before cashing out. If you submit a ticket to our Care team they'll likely get the account unlocked once your ticket moves through the queue.

I have been unable to withdraw my earnings to PayPal for over 2 days. I am able to redeem and add offers but cannot withdraw. I’ve been using Ibotta for years and this has never happened. I reached out to Ibotta a couple times but have not received a response.
Give them 3-4 business days to respond to the ticket as your account is currently locked and they will need to manually review it.
What would cause my account to be locked?
