@Jpimp you had tried cashing out too soon after your first transaction and now it's locked. If you submit a ticket and request that they unlock it, it should be an easy fix.

This is really frustrating and I do not know how to get it solved. I have been trying to withdraw for some days now but It keeps showing errors. I tried both my Paypal and bank account but it is not working. I have done all they suggested but it is not working.

@Zee your account does seem to be locked, although I'm not able to see why that is. If you submit a ticket I imagine they'll unlock it for you with no issues.

I just went to withdrawal to PayPal and it told me something went wrong. I then tried to do a gift card withdrawal also and it told me we are having trouble connecting. Am I locked out of my account?

Sounds like Ibotta isn't legit and just a big scam. I haven't been able to withdraw my earnings either and they won't respond to my support tickets at all.
