Did you ever get your issue resolved? I've also submitted tickets stating that my withdraw and confirm button did not work. They marked it as solved so I had to submit another ticket telling them it was not solved and that all the steps they gave me were followed to no avail. I was finally told yesterday that they need to escalate my issue and I am just waiting for their solution. Frustrating is an understatement.

@TaylorClinger you're being asked for a verification code when you attempt a withdrawal? Are you able to provide me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can pass it along?
@cindymj4081 you are not locked out. It looks like you attempted to cash out too soon after your first transaction. Once you're past 48 hours after the first transaction you should be able to withdraw.

@mxdestinyy looks like your account is currently locked. If you submit a ticket to our Care team they should be able to unlock it for you.
For 2 weeks I’ve attempted to withdraw my cash to my PayPal, I’ve unlinked it and I’ve updated, I’ve emailed support and they’ve replied telling me to do the things I’ve already done AND ITS STILL SAYING ITS NOT WORKING😡😡😡

No I even tried gift cards and when I get to confirm/cancel screen it won’t even let me click the cancel I have to just click the back arrow😞
