I have been trying to withdraw my earnings and Ibotta will not let me. Anyone else had this problem?
I think you have to have been in Ibotta at least 48 hours, i.e., 2 days, AND you need to have accumulated AT LEAST $20 in cash back

I recently started using Ibotta and I have made $30.50. Most of it has been through referring my friends and family but some of it has been through redeeming various offers. Today I tried to withdraw my earnings from the app to my PayPal. After Linking the PayPal, i clicked on withdraw and chose $30 to withdraw. As soon as i hit withdraw now, it showed an error message that stated that, "We couldn't process your request. We are looking into but if you can reach out to Ibotta Care if you need help." attached is the error message. i submitted a request ticket for help at the Ibotta Help and am waiting response. I want to ask you lot, is this normal? When will i be able to wiyhdraw my earnings? I am really worried. Please help me. I would like to continue using Ibotta. I have a lot of coworker whom i can refer.

Lara is on vacation. She may get back tomorrow, but she has been gone for a few days, so she may not get right back to you. You do have a response from someone though that you have not even acknowledged.
Their suggestion is actually the correct one. With new accounts, there is often a prolonged period of time that they require before allowing withdrawals. The messages do not say that, but that is how it often works.
Please be patient and allow the care team to work the ticket. This may take several days up to a week. Lara is sort of a liaison between users and the care team. She should not be bothered until you have at least gotten a response, or preferably two, from the care team.
Yes I have had this happen, and many others do, especially with their first withdrawal.
Open a ticket with the care team if it has been several days since reaching $20, and you are still unable to withdraw.
