My account is constantly unable to withdraw.  I dunno why and I'm really needing the cash.  Is there anything you can do to speed up the process. I always need to get my account reviewed....it took 5 days last time 😞

I haven't been able to withdraw my rebates for a couple of days. I keep trying but it errors for some reason. I have had the same account forever and withdrawn to the same paypal multiple times. I tried un installing the app, updating, changed paypal accounts nothing is working. I submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything yet. Can someone help me what am I doing wrong?

Hey Laura, I've got a locked account and a big crushed heart because I loooooove Ibotta!  I've had a few back and forth responses from support on my ticket, but going on day three since the last response. If there's anything I can do to help this process I sure would love to do it 🙁🙁 I'm really scared that this money I've earned and depend on is all Gonna be gone..

The last few days the app will not let me transfer my earnings to my bank account or to my pay pal.  I have no idea why.  It just says something went wrong but gives no details.  I’ve sent the support team several messages and have received no response yet.  How do i get my money that i earned?  Please help
