My apologies, I thought this was related to a similar message elsewhere. If you're unable to withdraw your earnings it could be that you're locked out. You should always submit a ticket when this happens, but only one is needed per incident. The team that handles these takes closer to 3-5 business days to review and possibly unlock an account.

@LaraL Can you tell if there any validation period that we should wait before trying to withdrawing? Please help I'm not doing any fraud i simply referred my co-worker.
The only validation period that I know of is after creating a new account you have to wait 48 hours from the time the first receipt is submitted.

I dont think this used to be happening earlier.. As i and lot of my friends use ibotta and suddenly from mid-june they also started facing problems (existing users and new ones). I am also seeing a lot of people complaining here on community pages. So just wanted to know if this is the new norm or u guys are working on some issue.
Yeah I'm aware, I've actually brought this up many times with the team that handles it. Unfortunately I have yet to see any indication that those processes are going to change.
@LaraL hi there, so relieved to see you. So I'm assuming that you have read the chat above and know the problem that i am face so..... UPDATE, i have still not been able to withdraw my earning. I waited and then tried but it still showed the same error message, "We couldn't process your request. We are looking into it but you can reach out to ibotta care if you need help." so i assumed that i need to wait longer. So after more waiting, i tried to open the app again but i was automatically logged out. I was asked to sign in again. I tried to sign but it said, couldn't log you in. Attached is the error message i received when logging in. I tried to go to Ibotta website and log in but still the same error, "couldn't log you in." i tried to visit the help centre to submit another ticket but it still says, "couldn't log you in." I don't know what's happening, I'm worried. I have spent a lot of time on this. @LaraL if you could please get in on this and help me out, i would appreciate it. The initial support ticket number is (10117842).
@LaraL please help me. I just received an email saying my account was deactivated. Attached is the email i received. I don't know what is the cause for this. I have adhered to the terms of conditions to the best of my knowledge. Please help me, i had $35.75 in my account. I want to withdraw them. Please help me receive my hard earned money.
