My app just updated to version 151.something. I think ibotta is aware of problems and are trying to fix them. My working bonuses disappeared from my home page with this update, but they are still on the bonus tab. There have been several offers that have been scanning as accepted before purchase but aren't accepted when the receipt is scanned, even when the barcodes were acceptable with the receipt scan, only to be rejected later. Looks as if one bug fix has an unintended consequence of ***ing up something else. This has been my first real problem in quite a while.  Yes, it's frustrating, but imagine how frustrating it is for the Care Team and the IT Team... I think I will continue to use Ibotta for now - benefits outweigh the issues. And I will give the Care Team time to correct my problem.

Yes, I checked, and no giftcard.  The most bizarre stuff has been happening lately to my account, especially with Walmart.  It takes me at least 15 times for my receipts to go through!  Very frustrating!

@TXbelle. I hate putting in tickets and bothering them with stuff that I can try and figure out for myself.   I am all updated, but Walmart drives me nuts.  I really only use Ibotta with CVS, Publix and Walmart and the Mart is my only issue.   Publix, never a problem, and CVS seems to go smoothly 75% of the time.  Walmart is so time consuming, so maybe I need to take a break from them.

I agree sending in a ticket is a last resort for me too.  I have seen several posts about Walmart receipt problems. I have had a few issues with having to scan a WM receipt multiple times for Ibotta to get it.  But lately it has been working better. In the past though I noticed that different WM receipts have different codes-- some regular barcodes some a upc code. The tc# often don't work and I just have to keep scanning.  The barcode ones work the easiest.

I have never tried to link any store to my acct (somehow my Sprouts account got linked but that link has always worked;  KOW). Even so, I don't trust links at all.

My biggest worry is that Ibotta has grown too fast and their technology can't keep up.  Also, they may not have enough people to handle these issues. I hope they understand that the app users, per the Ibotta ads, expect measurable results from our work, and using Ibotta is work(fun work most of the time).
