Is anyone experiencing problems scanning Walmart receipts?!Ive made two purchases today and attempted to scan both receipts. However, after several minutes, it return to the Home Screen and none of the offers are found, although, they are checked. I scanned another grocery receipt and had no problem.
The problem still exists. I’ve tried everything support suggested. It’s so cumbersome submitting a manual ticket for your purchases. All the other stores I’ve scanned receipts for are working properly .
