That screen is where you get after hitting ACCOUNT. As I mention the next thing is to choose HELP.. You need to scroll down the screen below PAYMENY METHODS on the left hand side where you are at to see the HELP button. Then the grey button and then the my support tickets.

Remember it typically takes 3 or 4 days to get a response, but lately it can take a bit longer due to an inordinate number of tickets related to the thanksgiving offering.
