Redeeming offers

When going to redeem offers, I am not finding two stores that I clipped offers for (Meijer and Discount Drug Mart).  I also entered them in the search bar with no luck.

Why would the stores not be listed in Redeem if there are offers available for them?

If you link Ibotta with your store (Meijer and Discount Drug Mart), you can't submit your receipt, so they are not listed under Redeem.  The stores will automatically send the purchase data to Ibotta.

For Meijer, you can submit a receipt or link your account, but not both as far as I know (I don't have Meijer).  If you want to submit your receipt instead, you will need to unlink Ibotta with Meijer.  To unlink an account, select the icon at the top left on the Home page, then Profile, then Settings, then Linked Accounts.  Disconnect will unlink your account.

For Discount Drug Mart, you MUST link your Ibotta account with the store's Courtesy Plus Card.  You cannot submit a receipt.

Sometimes the app glitches and gets wonky.  Have you tried force closing and reopening? (if you have an android, you can also clear cache).  Are you able to type in the store names in the search bar on the home page of the app?  If so, there should be a redeem button in the store gallery to upload your receipts. I hardly every tap the redeem button from the home page, but go to the store itself to verify offers and redeem.

eta, @mmoore01 posted some excellent info that one of your stores must be linked.  I totally forget to add that when I was typing my reply!
