I don't think clear the cache and deleting app will resolve this issue. It appears to a system wide error. I just completed a purchase at Target, and it looks like I was able to submit and redeem offers. When these kinds of things happen, I'm glad I keep my available earning at $50.00 or lower and have screenshots of all my gift cards.

Ibotta sent an email acknowledging the problem about an hour ago. I just came back to the app and was able to upload my receipt. Stuff seems to be loading pages normally, at least at the moment.
I feel much better now. I had six receipts from today that I needed to submit, and all has been paid, except for one Target receipt that is pending for $2.
We have resolved the issue that caused outages on the Ibotta app, website and browser extension. Thank you for your patience!
