I did open a ticket, but it could take a long time to get any useful response.
In the last a few weeks, Swagbucks app won't track nor record any in store receipt submission. It keeps telling me that "1 item need your attention". After requesting manual review, the app confirmation message says "Your request for review has been submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for review", but there's no any record in the activity ledger for the said receipt submission (except the 2 SB for any receipt) nor any pending activity associated with the to be manually reviewed offer. It shows as "0 SB Pending Activity (0/0)", and the claimed offer stays in my offer gallery or is still available for claiming, but when I submit the same receipt on my computer, the SB earned was rewarded instantly or within minutes.
Please kindly advise on how to fix the app's inability to successfully accept & process the in store receipt. Thank you so much in advance! It's such a hassle to submit every single receipt on computer. AND the SB offer could have disappeared by then 😬

Not just you. But I'm also having issues submitting to ibotta and Shopkick.
I was taking a break from using Swagbucks because my last 3 submissions also went under review and and I didn't see anything in my pending activity either. I did submit a ticket to get my rebates after waiting 5 days and they did get credited a few days later.
I might use your suggestion of submitting my receipt on my computer versus the phone app or Saipan's suggestion of using the mobile web browser and submitting via the website.

Download and use TADA app to redeem. You can still use SB app to add offers and suggesting h.
SB app has not worked for me at all for well over a year.
But you can also use the mobile web browser. I just find TADA works best.
My last Swagbucks redemption was able to give me enough to redeem for Paypal.
It's the perfect time to try out Tada.

When you redeem via TADA, you are choosing the SB offers themselves. So redemption loads your monies into your SB balance. It isn't really a separate thing. But don't try to set up TADA web account. If you tried to use your existing credentials for the web account, it would say the account exists, and if you added a new set of credentials, it would not be tired to your SB account.
So just use the TADA app and sign up using your SB credentials. So if you don't want to cash out SB yet, you don't have to. TADA redemptions will merely add on to your existing balance
I don't have a lot of resources on my phone, so I have a link on my phone to www.swagbucks.com. I submit all my receipts through the web site.
Many times, I try to purchase Swagbucks offers on a separate receipt. I make sure my receipt is as large as the phone will allow.
Occasionally, it will go for review, but most of the time it works just fine.
