Uber gift card

Bought uber gift card yesterday and code is invalid. I sent help request but no response.  How long before they respond.

Unfortunately, it can be 3 or 4 business days.  So if you submitted a ticket on Wednesday, it may be Monday or Tuesday.

You also may have better luck reaching out on their FB page.  Some have luck with that.

Did your issue ever get resolved? I am having the same issue.  I put in a support ticket wtih ubereats and its been over a week. Did you get it resolved with ibotta or ubereats?

About 2 day later it finally worked. When I bought more in the future they worked immediately. Also there are two  numerical numbers on the card. Try the other number.

Thanks for replying so quickly. Glad you got yours to work finally. It has been a week and mine still does not. The other number is made up of letters and numbers, but didn't work either. Hopefully, ibotta or ubereats will figure it out soon.

Did you get it resolved? I redeemed my balance for an uber gift card a few days ago and is still saying it's invalid.
