Seems like there's an issue going on - when I submit receipt for Walmart containing new offers that popped up today, ibotta app says no matching offer. When I go ahead and scan my barcode to add the offer manually, it just cancels the entire receipt saying no offer matched.
I tried it 10 times and logged out and in again, and still nothing.
I submitted a ticket for this issue, but anyone else have this problem?
I’ve been having this problem since 6/28. Was ableto put a ticket in and get my money. Today I had the same problem only now not only did I not get credit, but I’m not able to put in a ticket.
That was another bug I faced. When I submit ticket on the receipt screen, ticket screen doesn't disappear like it used to. But each send click generated tickets..
I am having the same issues. First it didn't detect a few offers put in a ticket and now its taken offers i know for a fact were vaild away so now I am negitive in my account this has never happened. I am actually really upset.
