Only 6 of 9 items were credited and they did not enclose a receipt. All I have is the pick-up confirmation email. What should I do now? (This completes my 42 offers for the Cincinnati bonus!)

Open a request with the Help Center. But first scan the barcodes of the missing items to confirm that they qualify for the missed offers. Screenshot each confirmation and attach those to the request.

I didn't have 2 checked off when I ordered and they substituted the 3rd. All my fault.
Unfortunately I don't think those two will be creditable.
On the flip side, this opens up an opportunity to save more.
