I am getting an error message when trying to scan my Walmart receipt. Typing in the TC number isn't working either. The help section says to try again after a few hours, I did, but it's still not working.
Are you sure you're getting the TC number right? I dealt with the same thing with receipts not scanning so I had to manually put it in and it worked
Wal-Mart receipt not scanning. A pic of a rocket. States lost of connection try later been trying for 2 days now. Anybody have a clue how to fix it. Thank you for your help.
Did you figure it out? Mine is doing the same, assume its a programming error as I have done everything to try to fix it.
